Involved live and retrospective data collection on Sepsis bundle compliance, and data driven presentations/transparency of "opportunities for improvement"  to influence improved compliance. Program resulted in marked reduction in mortality and decreased progression to shock.

Monitored up to 50 ICU patients across 5 hospital. Worked directly with eMD Intensivists by notifying of early deterioration, status changes, and communicating  orders and plan of care changes to bedside care team.
