Here is my story:

After spending 20+ years in the IT industry, I realized something important:

Most career problems are not caused by lack of skill.
They are caused by lack of clarity, positioning, and strategy.

In Feb 2025, I quit my corporate role to focus full-time on career coaching and education, specifically around topics that are rarely taught in schools, colleges, or corporate training programs.

Things like:

How careers actually grow after 10, 15, or 20 years

Why good performers still get stuck

How job search really works at senior levels

How AI is quietly changing expectations inside roles

How visibility, perception, and power shape outcomes

My corporate journey included over two decades at a global IT services firm, where I worked closely with large enterprise clients and spent time in both India and the US. That experience strongly shapes how I look at careers, not as theory, but as lived reality.

A senior data analyst currently working with the Global Data Insights and Analytics (GDIA) department at Ford Motor Company. I use tools like Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, BigQuery, Python, etc., to help create reports and dashboards for the business teams of Ford Motor Company.

I started my career journey at Tata 1MG as a Data Analyst - Intern where I helped the Brand team at 1MG take strategic marketing decisions by extracting insights from their marketing campaign data. 

Later, I worked with Anantara Solutions as a Power BI developer, where I collaborated with the clients of Anantara to build and manage BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, Azure services, Excel, etc.

I'm good at extracting valuable business insights by processing raw data sets using various tools and convey it to relevant stakeholders thereby empower them to make informed business decisions.

Data processing --> Information --> Insights --> Business decisions

I possess very good communication skills, both verbal and written. Thanks to my volunteering leadership roles in the past which helped me attain them. 

Along with that, I have prior experience in teaching/training (both online and offline mode). I'm good at presenting content to people in a way that they would understand it with ease. 

I'm also an active data analytics content creator on LinkedIn and Medium. I'm a mentor on Topmate platform in data analytics category with 6500+ bookings. 

I've hosted multiple offline networking events for data professionals in Chennai through the Chennai Data Circle community, where I'm the Founder and Community Lead!
