👋 Hey there, my name is Ananya and I’m not your usual recruiter. I’m an engineering student turned recruiter, or as I like to call myself, "the notjustrecruiter recruiter".

🎓 My journey began while I was still in college, where I was passionate about building a strong student community. I strived to provide training and opportunities in various domains to help students leverage their career.

💻 As a freelancer, I worked with several organizations to expand and strengthen my community, before joining ShareChat and CRED. At both these companies, I worked in tech recruitment while also leading a team.

🚀 I have been part of the 1% Club. I joined from the ground up and helped set up the organizational structure and now currently setting APAC regions at Abnormal AI. I am also a mentor on TopMate, where I assist individuals in securing jobs and preparing for interviews.

As a First Responder at Ford Motor Company, my responsibilities included:

-Responsible for creating and updating JIL files and maintaining Autosys jobs, as well as executing Optessa job runs and generating reports.
-Analyzed issues in databases using SQL for multiple Global Order to Delivery Applications including Material Forecasting and provided technical support to product teams.
-Utilized various tools including Optessa, Autosys, Dynatrace, and Splunk to streamline job maintenance and issue analysis.
-Received training in Java and SQL to enhance technical skills and proficiency.

The Guindy Times (GT) is the official college magazine of the College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG), Alagappa College of Technology-Chennai (ACT), and School of Architecture & Planning Campus (SAP) - the three main campuses of Anna University.

As a Lead Photographer and Team Manager at The Guindy Times (GT), my responsibilities and achievements included:

-Building and maintaining a strong team of 100+ photographers across three different campuses of Anna University.
-Mentoring and guiding team members in areas such as photography skills, equipment handling, and post-processing techniques.
-Successfully experimenting with simultaneous coverage of six events in a day and implementing ideas for efficient communication between teams, equipment arrangement, coverage schedule, post-processing, social media stories, and delivery.
-Implementing post-processing techniques and on-spot event coverage photo sharing on social media as stories to enhance the magazine's coverage and outreach.
-Establishing partnerships with external organizations for media collaboration and coverage.
-Leading my team to cover 41+ events in 7 months with limited equipment, while fostering a culture of good bonding and teamwork.
-Interacting with and working alongside students from CEG, ACT, and SAP campuses, and experiencing the diverse cultures of each campus.
