I worked on all aspects of talent management, from hiring to helping employees grow within the company. I also led efforts to build our employer brand, making our company a place where top talent wanted to work. Additionally, I worked on culture branding, ensuring that our workplace was known for being fun, inclusive, and driven by purpose.

Beyond the usual HR tasks, I organized community-building activities that helped everyone feel like they belonged and were part of something special. My goal is to create a young, enthusiastic, and motivated team that was eager to take on challenges and achieve great things together.

🎓 My journey began while I was still in college, where I was passionate about building a strong student community. I strived to provide training and opportunities in various domains to help students leverage their career.

💻 As a freelancer, I worked with several organizations to expand and strengthen my community, before joining ShareChat and CRED. At both these companies, I worked in tech recruitment while also leading a team.

🚀 Now, I’ve embarked on a new adventure as part of the 1% Club. I joined from the ground up and helped set up the organizational structure. I am also a mentor on TopMate, where I assist individuals in securing jobs and preparing for interviews.
