Main responsibilities:
- Support the full hiring process – from posting jobs to recruiting & helping choose the right candidate.
- Handle recruiting logistics like job offers, eligibility checks, and assessments.
- Share what makes PepsiCo great by talking to candidates about our culture and career paths.
- Help run campus recruitment events and activities for the Romanian and UK markets
- Build great relationships with hiring managers, HR, and other partners.
- Pitch in on team projects and keep things running smoothly across the TA team.
