Negocierea salariala: "Ce sa spun la interviu cand ma intreaba de bani? " 

"As munci si degeaba"
"Nu stiu cum sa cer bani"
"Nu cer, imi dau ei cat considera"
"Bine ca m-au promovat, doar nu o sa mai cer si bani acu'" 

Bani. 

Negociere salariu. Negociere oferta.

Extrem de multa lume e absolut terifiata de momentul cand vine intrebarea "Ce asteptari salariale ai?" sau cand vine evaluarea la care ar vrea sa negocieze ceva marire, dar nu stiu cum. 

Mi-au spus oamenii ca le e teama ca daca deschid discutia despre bani vor fi vazuti ca fiind neprofesionisti.

Hai sa o luam pas cu pas. 

1. Sa ceri bani pe munca ta nu e o rusine. Deloc. E un drept al tau si trebuie sa fii platit direct proportional cu valoarea pe care o aduci in organizatie , pentru munca depusa. 

2.Ce ai invatat tu despre bani, inca de mic copil? Ce ai vazut cand erai copil acasa? Ca sunt putini, ca-s "ochiul dracului" , ca n-aduc fericirea, ca se duc repede?

Ia fa tu frumos azi o lista cu tot ce crezi tu despre bani si apoi vezi cum se face ca in toata viata ta de adult ai tratat banii asa cum scrie pe lista aia. 

3. Cand iti tremura barba la mentionarea banilor, nu transmiti nimic altceva decat ca tu crezi ca nu ii meriti. 

Si daca tu crezi ca nu-i meriti...de ce ar crede intervievatorul ca esti o investitie buna?

4. Nu negocia mariri salariale pe motiv ca ti-au crescut cheltuielile. Nu-i treaba angajatorului ca ai multe nunti vara asta. 

Dar fa o analiza concreta a ce faceai anul trecut versus ce faci acum, la ce rezultate ai adus in organizatie sau ce anume te face pe tine valoros in echipa.  

Ala e mereu punctul de plecare pentru o negociere salariala. Inflatia (teoretic) ar trebui oricum acoperita de angajator prin mariri anuale pentru toata lumea. 

5. Bani sunt bani. Nu sunt "banuti", "cascaval" , "banutei" si alte nebunii. BANI. BANI. BANI. BANI. 

De ce ti-e greu sa spui asa? Daca ti-e greu sa spui "bani" .....oare ti-e usor sa ii ai? Nu prea cred!

6. Cum te simti cand ceri bani? Vinovat? Rusinat? Nevrednic? 

Analizeaza un pic de ce te simti astfel. Du-te in profunzime. Vezi de unde vine starea asta. 

Iti mai e de folos in viata ta de acum incolo?  Cu ce alegi sa o inlocuiesti?

"Asteptarile mele financiare in acest moment pentru o schimbare profesionala sunt de X lei pentru full time" . 

Simplu.

Haide bre' prima data sa ne reglam relatia cu banii si apoi sa facem si nitica educatie financiara sa invatam sa-i gestionam cu spor!

Share masivvvv pls sa nu mai existe nici macar un candidat care sa nu stie cum sa isi exprime valoarea financiara intr-un interviu!
