It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of a socially responsible start-up company; a luxury athletic apparel brand with a social enterprise component.

My mandate was strategy, planning, organization, execution, and special projects with an overarching focus on operational excellence. 

I am very proud of what we accomplished. Here is what I did in my role:

•	Drove alignment around strategy, plans with goals/milestones, monitoring progress, and identifying opportunities to increase effectiveness. 

•	Developed P&L's (short/long term expenditures), checklists, timelines, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, working plans, business plans, competitive research, and pitch decks.

•	Pension Trust Marketing Officer-Newly created position by Senior Management to market Investment Management Services to Senior/C-Level executives that were either existing clientele or new prospects. 
•	Assistant Manager-Hired for rigorous management training program by senior management. Promoted within one year to coordinate marketing and operational projects for the branch network.
