- Design, analysis and implementation of improvements in the detection of quantities (units) in customer orders. Based on the order description (in weight or footage) compared to the product description, decision rules are applied to identify quantities (e.g. 150kg of product A -> 2 units of A of 100kg) with a hybrid approach using symbolic AI and LLM. Improving the accuracy of the four main categories from 16% to 90%, 36% to 96%, 17% to 90%, 85% to 98%.

- Design, analysis and implementation of improvements in the detection of sentences and quantities described by customers in images and PDFs, increasing performance from 12.56% to 66.66% in correct descriptions and from 44% to 60.38% in product quantities for an e-commerce site.

- Classification of customers with a propensity to purchase in the Civil Construction sector, increasing revenue by prioritizing the most likely customers, identifying the consumption pattern of prospects and identifying predictors that make customers buy or indicate properties.

Fasouto is the largest distributor, retail and wholesaler in the state of Sergipe, serving small, medium and large businessmen and consumers directly.

As an Administrative Sales Assistant (Data Analyst) I exercised:
Support in internal administrative processes to the external sales team, optimizing their time and performance.
Support data-driven decision making by developing data-driven solutions, such as reporting using ERP from small data analytics (structured and unstructured)
