Andrea Wade, MBA

I'm an executive coach and a career coach.  Based in the Brentwood Village District of Los Angeles, California, I'm the Director of Alumni Career Services & Career Coach for UCLA Anderson School of Management's Office of Alumni Relations.  At UCLA Anderson, I have coached more than 5000 MBA alumni and MBA students.

I am proud recipient of UCLA Anderson’s prestigious Abe Ackerman Award, and I'm the founder and owner of a private executive and career coaching practice, where I have coached more than 200 private clients.  I've coached executives at organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, E! Entertainment/NBCUniversal, AT&T and Gilead Sciences, as well as a large number of MBA students and alumni from other top universities and business schools including Harvard Business School, Chicago Booth School of Business and other leading universities.  I've coached a large number of C-level executives at a number of top companies throughout the United States and in international markets.  

In October 2018, I was interviewed on SiriusXM/Wharton Business Radio's Career Talk with Dr. Dawn Graham and was interviewed by the online publication AGEIST in 2016.

I have worked as an executive coach with Leadership Development Institute, a Silicon Valley-based executive coaching and team development firm.

In addition to my work as a career coach and executive coach, I am contracted by leading companies to coach executives on business presentation skills. My prior background includes more than 10 years of corporate experience working as a public relations professional with top executives and senior-level management for international companies, including Sony Pictures Entertainment and Vivendi Universal.

I'm an active member of the Global International Coaching Federation (ICF), the International Coaching Federation of Los Angeles (ICFLA), the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the Coaches for Advancing Professional Alliance (formerly MBA Career Services for Working Professionals Alliance).

My educational background includes a Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from New York University (NYU),  a Certification in General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management's Executive Program, as well as a certification in individual and organizational coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching (an ICF-accredited coach training program).   I also hold a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and attended graduate school at UCLA.
