I drove brand development and storytelling, developed and vetted the business plan, brokered partnerships and built a team for the world’s first private estate city club providing lifestyle, family and personal management and specialty concierge services to ultra-high net worth deal and decision-makers. 
 
In addition to securing millions in pre-funding, I identified and negotiated the purchase of a luxury estate (that hosted the Vanity Fair Oscar Party) and secured CAA to represent million-dollar brand partnership sales. 

I exited the business by negotiating its sale to a UAE-based investment firm – and supported its integration with a chain of 6-star hotels across Amsterdam, Paris, Prague, London and Dubai.
