I’ve been immersed in apparel my entire life. My first “fit” job at age 6 was tracing my brother’s foot to make slippers. By 9, I was working in my dad’s retail store - learning how clothes, people, and profit all connect. I’ve never left the world of product since.

Over the years, I’ve led billion-dollar global teams, traveled the world for fittings and factory visits, and worked across every corner of product ideation to execution. But what’s stayed constant is my ability to spot the white space. I don’t just listen to what the industry says it wants. I pay attention to what it needs.

That’s how Middle Sisters® came to be. We weren’t solving for a trend -but solving for a gap that had been ignored far too long. That mindset guides everything I do: translating ambiguity into action and bringing measurable clarity to what often feels subjective.
As Chief Fit Officer, I created a role that didn’t exist - but should. Fit is foundational and tied to:margin, returns, brand equity, product acceptance, and customer trust. Yet it’s often misunderstood, underinvested, or outsourced without a clear owner. I help brands regain that ownership, simplify decision-making, shorten PLC’s and bring consistency and clarity to what should be a core competency.
Fit isn’t guesswork - it’s the craft and science of apparel engineering. And when done right, it builds loyalty, protects margin, and reduces waste.
I approach each challenge - acting like an owner, whether I was on a corporate team or consulting solo. I care deeply about results and resources. I’m frugal by nature and allergic to waste. If it doesn’t move the needle, it doesn’t belong

My work blends deep tech design & IT knowledge with a systems mindset. I bridge the gap between boardroom strategy and factory-floor output. Because lasting change only happens when all are in sync.
