Saying no.

I'll be honest. I've learned this the hard way.

I tested dozens of tools for my own business. Each time with great intentions. Sometimes driven by the hype. Always with confidence that this one would help.

Most didn't.

Not because the tools were bad. Because I hadn't clarified the objective upfront. 

There's a difference between learning to use a tool and using it for business. Those are two separate goals, and I constantly blurred them.

I see companies making the same mistake at scale.

They say yes to everything.
