•	Improved adoption of Anaplan tooling for global accounts and quota moves from 56% to 98% by enhancing tool features, processes, policies, enablement, and stakeholders’ engagement during current year sales planning.
•	Developed and implemented custom dashboards for seller’s quota information, enhancing data quality, reducing manual work, saving 200+ hours during current year planning activities. 
•	Led group of cross-unit stakeholders to develop and implement the first global goal planning program, creating road map, process guide for policy, tools, and training, onboarding seven organizations (2.3x initial target) in record 3 months.
