LornaFit

Lorna is a 7x World Champion in Kettlbell Sport, still competing at the highest level at the age of 59 in 2025. She is one of longest-reigning competitive Kettlebell lifters in the US & top female Veteran in Snatch worldwide, even after suffering with debilitating asthma in her youth and having 2 hip replacements from osteoarthritis.

Lorna has presented with Kettlebell Concepts and IKSFA, and taught trainers at The JCC in Manhattan, Nimble Fitness, ECA, CRUNCH, Equinox, and Canyon Ranch locations. 

After witnessing the lack of fitness leaders guiding women who are over 45, Lorna shifted her training services online in 2020. 

She also created LornaFit, a subscription-based platform with 4 levels of at-home workouts using minimal equipment and emphasis on staying injury-free. 

The purpose of LornaFit is to bring joy back to movement and establish and maintain strength, endurance and confidence so women can experience healthful aging like never before.
