Project Manager

Provided program management and support to the client’s information systems help desk, information assurance/cyber security office, and software testing department. Supported talent management and development of the project team throughout contract execution while ensuring deliverables were on time, within guidelines, and accepted on first submission.

Led a team providing administrative and logistical/travel support to the Navy Casualty and POW/MIA branch at Navy Personnel Command. Primary contributions include arranging travel and benefits for Sailors' dependents to travel bedside and/or for memorial services. Additionally, the team supports the identification and repatriation of the remains of Navy POW/MIA members to their families.

Additionally, provided coaching and mentoring to team members as well as designing and delivering professional and application training.

Technical Program Manager - Navy Personnel Command

Provided research and analytical services to the Bureau of Naval Personnel in support of updating data governance and data security policies for the Navy's HR enterprise.

Business Systems Analyst

Led the Navy’s document recovery initiative to ensure 50,981 virtual employment records were properly established and maintained, containing all essential documents needed for audits, promotion, and casualty purposes. Additionally, provided career and fitness coaching to staff members.

Project Manager - Navy Personnel Command

Provided analytical services supporting the Bureau of Naval Personnel in forecasting and tracking the flow of over 30,000 military personnel through the supply chain to predict and manage manning shortages.

Administered and supported all aspects of organizational communications equipment and systems in support of a program that processed an average of 200 personnel per week. Managed contracts for IT equipment and support, cable TV, internet and housekeeping services with a combined value of $1,490,322. Additionally provided career coaching and professional training to the staff.
