At Harvest, I managed all internal and external creative, strategy, programming, PR, photography, project management, and administrative teams to ensure timely delivery of all client projects. I also set P&L goals and company budget plans. 

Our project successes included a mix of marketing and branding/rebranding initiatives, digital work, and environmental design for clients in a range of industries. Some highlights include leading the rebranding of the Wendy’s Kids’ Meal program that is now in every Wendy’s in the US, development of Tractor Supply’s Neighbor’s Club loyalty program, developing branding and positioning for True Temper Golf to protect their position as the #1 shaft in the world, and design of eight Whole Foods stores.

I just had our quarterly partners meeting with the Faire Team. 

Here are 3 massive updates happening on Faire right now that you NEED to know about:


1️⃣ Faire direct rep links & rep attribution on orders

*What's happening:* 

Faire is rolling out rep attribution on orders and new direct rep links. That means your sales and field reps can now create, track, and own their Faire-driven orders.

*What this means for you:*

Wholesale order management just got way more centralized and scalable.

✅ Your action item this week: 

Host a 20–30 minute training with your reps. Walk them through how to use Faire on the go + make sure they download the app so they can start creating attributed orders.


2️⃣ AI-improve audience list segmentation

*What's happening:*

Faire is testing new AI-driven segmentation to help brands surface high-potential buyers and prioritize outreach. 
It’s currently live for ~50% of brands.

*What this means for you:*

If you’re part of the beta group, your Audience tab now show “high potential customers” and suggested targeting segments, to help you convert and retain more accounts.

✅ Your action item this week: 

If you see this in your account, complete at least 10 recommended actions this week from your Audience tab this week. This is literally Faire telling you where the money is.


3️⃣ Promoted listings product exclusion

*What's happening:*

You can exclude products from being served in promoted listings to tighten your targeting and protect your budget. This is a massive first step towards targeting for Faire's paid ads.

*What this means for you:*

Better control over spend.
Better ability to push your highest-converting SKUs.
Bigger retailer reach — if your product listings are optimized.

✅ Your action item this week: 

If you run promoted listings → go into your Faire account and exclude any low-priority SKUs so your budget goes further.
