Harvest Creative is a branding firm that excels in research, strategy and creative execution.

At Harvest, I managed all internal and external creative, strategy, programming, PR, photography, project management, and administrative teams to ensure timely delivery of all client projects. I also set P&L goals and company budget plans. 

Our project successes included a mix of marketing and branding/rebranding initiatives, digital work, and environmental design for clients in a range of industries. Some highlights include leading the rebranding of the Wendy’s Kids’ Meal program that is now in every Wendy’s in the US, development of Tractor Supply’s Neighbor’s Club loyalty program, developing branding and positioning for True Temper Golf to protect their position as the #1 shaft in the world, and design of eight Whole Foods stores.

I spend most of my time at Fullstride helping ambitious 3PLs get the most out of their WMS investments — whether that's making sure they’re truly prepared before they buy, or helping them fully leverage the tech they already have.

Every WMS vendor turns away leads that don’t fit.
Most just say no and move on.

p.s. this post is aspirational because most WMS vendors don't turn away unprepared leads, they waste a ton of time and money chasing, instead of ensuring their sales teams only focus on great fits that are likely to close.

This week is one of those interesting "evolving" scale scenarios where I'm visiting a distributor with multiple site. Tuesday is Miami and Thursday is LA, with travel before, between, and after.

Intense week of assessing, learning, and guiding.

And, by "evolving" I mean a business with tech that isn't working so they need to look at what comes *next* and recognize there are holes in the operation that hurt margins dramatically. The stakes are high and this will be rewarding!


p.s. It's also my first trip where I don't rent a car at all. Hello Uber and Uber Eats... to keep me moving and providing food options that keep me on track.
