To me, the recruitment function goes far beyond simply filling jobs.  A strong system has many layers and requires the right framework, strategy, network, and tools.  Utilizing this infrastructure, my main objective in everything I do is to build talent processes that are equitable, efficient, and scalable.

Born and raised in 🌆 Mumbai, I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of innovation and sustainability. 

With a 🎓 Master’s in Fibres and Textile Processing from the Institute of Chemical Technology, my professional journey reflects a commitment to environmental responsibility within the textile industry. From hands on research like turning Eichhornia Crassipes into sustainable materials to leading roles in technical compliance, supply chain quality, and sustainable production, I've built a foundation that’s both technical and impact-driven.

Currently, I’m contributing to 🌍 ZDHC’s Roadmap to Zero Programme, collaborating with global partners to advance safer chemical management and systemic change across the value chain. My previous experiences have further sharpened my ability to bridge science, compliance & collaboration.
