Andrew McLaughlan

I support individuals and organizations navigating change and challenge to reduce stress, build resilience, and strengthen human connection through impactful talks, experiential workshops, and transformational breathwork.

As a former international rugby player who rebuilt his life after a career ending heart attack, I speak from lived experience. My story, combined with evidence-based tools, supports nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and authentic heart led leadership.

Over the past three years, I’ve worked with businesses, schools, and charities to deliver sessions on mental health & wellbeing, Breathe(nervous system resilience), post traumatic growth, and purpose—creating space for real, lasting change.

I'm a double certified breathwork practitioner (Transformational Breath & Breath Science) and trauma-informed empowerment coach. I guide people to reconnect with themselves, shift limiting patterns, and step into their full potential both personally and professionally.

As co-founder of Tidy Butt, a registered mental health and wellbeing charity in South Wales working across education and business, I’m passionate about reducing stigma, providing practical tools, and fostering safe, judgment free spaces for genuine human connection and expression.
