• Led revamp of the customer experience operating model for a major financial services provider with operations in 30+ countries across the world. Key achievements include optimizing its call center operations, enhancing branch customer service tools, and increasing online self-selection options. Efforts contributed to a 10% increase in global Net Promoter Score (NPS) and 15% increase in annual revenue 
• Led the $100+ million outsourcing deal of a multinational mobile telecommunications company; built deal model and P&L sensitivity analysis of country’s handset business; advised CFO on commercial negotiation strategy
• Spearheaded a successful rollout of a multinational bank’s new integrated performance management program; efforts impacted over 15,000 employees across 25+ countries and contributed to $130M in incremental net profit 
• Managed the operational turnaround of one of Africa’s largest tax revenue agencies that led to $550 million above its year-over-year non-oil revenue target; Designed and launched digital filing and tax audit processes across 90 offices in the country, enhanced data analytics, and trained 1,850 staff 
• Conducted three private equity due diligences on targets in the power and consumer goods sectors; built financial valuations involving operations/demand trends across multiple countries; led on-site operations assessments
• Led the M&A strategy for a major insurance player; streamlined the firm’s operations across six countries by developing the operating model for its core business units and corporate center

• Created non-profit for the academic and athletic support of over 100 minority girls, ages 5-16.  Located in the Wilson Park Housing Projects of South Philadelphia 
• Managed the program’s overall business affairs and annual overall budget of $30,000
• Program outreach led to over $250,000 in grants/scholarships for private school tuition, equipment, league fees, and training

• Was the youngest at the company. Led a cross-functional initiative focused on Vanguard's institutional sales and customer experience strategy, impacting 1,600 institutional clients with $251 billion in assets. Areas covered include client intelligence and participant investing behavior, investor education design, and competitive analysis

• Managed team of 9 associates and analysts tasked with the daily analysis of approximately 7,000 global equity securities and derivative products that cover over 50 Vanguard Equity Funds

• Compiled data analysis for Cargill’s successful ¥35 billion offering, which included a fixed income profile, foreign-exchange currency performance, and new debt issuance

What changed in 2025?

➡️   Funding is back at US$4.1B (+25% YoY) - without a spike in deal activity
➡️   Debt went mainstream: now 41% of all capital (yes, that’s new !)
➡️   Equity normalized, tickets got larger, not louder
➡️   Capital refocused in the top 4 hubs, with Kenya leading total volume (equity+debt) while South Africa reclaimed leadership in equity
➡️   Fintech stayed the pillar, but Cleantech, Healthtech & Enterprise stepped up, marking the strongest diversification of funded sectors in years
➡️   Fewer outliers, with more real companies reaching scale
