I'm Andrew

I’m the former growth lead at two high-volume PLG businesses: Director of Growth at Wistia, and Head of Growth at Postscript.

I’ve been where you are.

I’ve built and scaled growth teams from scratch, run hundreds of experiments, and made every mistake in the book. I know what "good" looks like, and I know how overwhelming it can feel without mentorship from someone who's done your job.

Now, I take everything I've learned to help other growth leaders increase their impact and influence.

My experience and strengths are in solving business problems and accelerating growth through innovation, data, and marketing channels. I currently lead the integrated marketing strategy at The AZEK Company, a leading manufacturer of sustainable and high-performance building products.

In my role, I leverage various marketing channels and technologies to build the brand and guide customers through their journey. I also oversee the development and execution of content, social media, and partnership initiatives that enhance brand awareness, reputation, and engagement. 

I have grown throughout my career across many industries, have seen many ups and downs of companies in various stages of growth, and have embraced challenges and opportunities to continuously learn and develop as a leader and teammate.
