I’ve been where you are.

I’ve built and scaled growth teams from scratch, run hundreds of experiments, and made every mistake in the book. I know what "good" looks like, and I know how overwhelming it can feel without mentorship from someone who's done your job.

I’ve led marketing teams at agencies, startups, and scaled technology companies, adapting operating models as businesses grow. I bring a strong operator mindset—connecting positioning, demand, and enablement into a cohesive system—and I take ownership of outcomes measured by metrics like CAC, LTV, ROI, and incrementality.

I’m known as a builder and self-starter with a bias toward action. I excel at sequencing work and making tradeoffs by knowing what to do first, what to do next, and what not to do at all so teams can move faster with higher confidence.
