As the Head of Sales, I’ve been tasked with growing Trybe’s sales function. This allows me to connect with C and VP level executives at medium and enterprise companies. Thousands of highly engaged players are constantly creating data that can be used by brands to answer business questions. We've developed games that are not only fun but also provide our clients with the ability to conduct research. Clients included Unilever and Lowe's.

As Director of Sales I was tasked with introducing an innovative and game changing research solution to Fortune 500 companies. We were able to connect with VPs and demonstrate our solution while educating them on the advantages of conducting their research with our mobile games. I developed a repeatable outbound sales process, spoke at conferences, handled inbound interest, and hosted an event attended by some of the largest brands in the world. Meeting with decision makers and research team members allowed us to receive vital product feedback for potential future improvements.

This included establishing all outbound and inbound processes, client development, and sales strategy. Clients included Estée Lauder, Harley Davidson, L'Oréal, MillerCoors and The World Bank. 

I was responsible for bringing in clients by running full enterprise sales cycles from lead to close. Understanding client needs and influencing decision makers was critical to success. Additionally, account management and growing accounts was key to beat revenue goals. By working with different members of the team, we could provide an outstanding customer experience that paid dividends in repeat business.
