Andrew Nawara

Talent Acquisition Consultant, Psychologist, Neuroscientist and Health Entrepreneur (PhD, Postdoctoral, MBA). 

Most of my professional career has developed in the healthcare sector as clinical neuropsychologist and  neuroscientist for improving the life of people with neurodegeneration and neurodevelopmental disorders. In addition to that, my creative mind drove me to become entrepreneur in digital health, co-found a capital fund with my MBA colleagues for investing in early stage entrepreneurial projects, and become project evaluator for rating the business potential and innovation of startup projects in healthcare applying for European public funding.  

Nonetheless, during all these years, I have always continued working freelance as Talent Acquisition Consultant (my first job), searching and selecting the most precious asset that a company has: the People that Work in it. During these years I am glad to say, that I have contributed successfully to the company growth of my customers, and that I have provided job opportunities to many talented and great people, that have been able to grow and consolidate their position in key management and functional roles.

My personal motivation is to give back to society part of what Human Relationship and Science have given me, providing professional opportunities to everyone based on equality and meritocracy, that allow everybody to grow across the lifetime.
