I'm a human dynamo who helps organisations achieve their potential by tapping into their most precious asset – their people. 

I’m a business strategist, business psychologist and executive coach, who works in business and understands the practical applications (which some business psychologists aren’t lucky enough to have experienced). I have enjoyed a successful career defining the vision of some of the UK's leading brands.
