I love making complex things simple. Getting to the core. Cutting through noise to find what truly matters. As my teacher once said, “Half of solving a problem is formulating it correctly.” That principle shapes how I work and why I love what I do.
I began my career in IT as a Java developer, focused on clean, scalable code — but kept running into unclear requirements. I saw how misalignment between business and tech slowed everything down. So I became a Business Analyst to bridge that gap, learning to translate ideas into clear, structured specs.
That path led me into project management, where I took on more responsibility and earned my PMP. Along the way, I embraced Lean-Agile thinking, which reshaped how I approach collaboration, decision-making, and delivering value.
Today, as a Program Manager, I lead cross-functional teams from strategy to delivery — ensuring business goals and execution stay aligned, and helping teams do their best work together.

I’m also someone who doesn’t give up easily. When I was a kid, I set a goal to learn how to ride a bike in one day. I fell a lot, scraped my knees — but by evening, I was riding. That same persistence, courage, and drive still guide me today.

Google didn’t just acquire a startup in 289 Cr for a problem every Indian has shouted on a railway platform:

Ever stood on platform 3 at 11 PM? Train delayed. No signal. No announcements you can actually hear. Everyone asking the same question: where is my train? That helpless chaos isn’t just your story, it’s the daily reality of 23 million Indians.

Back in 2015, a small Bengaluru startup called Sigmoid Labs felt that pain too. Their founder missed an important meeting because his train was three hours late and there was no way to know. That frustration turned into a mission to solve a nationwide problem. His thought was simple: we can track a pizza to our doorstep, but not a 500 ton train?

They wanted an offline solution, no dependence on GPS, satellites, or even internet. People said it was impossible. 

They figured out something genius: even without internet, every phone constantly connects to nearby mobile towers. So if thousands of phones inside a train ping towers, they could map the movement. They turned passengers’ phones into a crowdsourced tracking network no Railways partnership, no fancy hardware, just smart engineering.

They built an app called "Where Is My Train" that worked offline, gave real-time updates, and did the one job everyone cared about. Month one hit 1 lakh downloads. By 2018, they crossed 1 crore users without ads, influencers, or funding. It won because it solved a real pain, was simple, free, and got even better with more users.

Google noticed, acquired the team, and integrated the tech into Google Maps. A quiet exit, no hype, no flex just real impact.
