•	Delivering the S&C sessions to the all age groups, managing large sets of testing data and effectively reporting to key stakeholders.
•	Operating an annual Talent ID programme to assess prospective pupils for school

•	Successfully established and delivered school based Long Term Athlete Development programmes in multiple Gloucestershire Secondary Schools.
