I’m a 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧-𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝-𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 who helps healthcare technology companies move from 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 by simplifying by aligning GTM, sales, product, and operations into systems that deliver 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡. My mission is personal. At 19, I lost my father to a preventable condition, which led me to begin as a 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲. Experiencing healthcare through the eyes of patients and caregivers revealed that barriers weren’t about effort — they were about systems 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲. That realization drives my career: building 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵-𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 that make care more 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻.

Cancer Care Is Drifting. 
And We’re Calling It Innovation. 

At ViVE, one theme kept surfacing beneath the AI optimism. 

Drift. 

Drift in software. 
Drift in models.
Drift in clinical interpretation. 
Drift in what we quietly start accepting as “good enough.” 

A recent independent study in Nature Medicine evaluated ChatGPT Health across 60 clinical scenarios.

It missed 52% of life-threatening emergencies.

In cases like diabetic ketoacidosis and impending respiratory failure, it identified warning signs in its own explanation…
Then told patients to wait 24–48 hours instead of going to the ER.

Forty million people are using AI daily for health questions.

Independent safety testing happened after scale, not before.

Now pause.

In the U.S., physicians can pass board certification with a 70% score.
Thirty percent uncertainty is tolerated in testing.

Now layer probabilistic AI on top.

Who is monitoring model drift?
Who defines truth as outputs shift?
When does hallucination become “close enough”?

Humans and machines are rewriting right and wrong together.

But who is building the guardrails?

AI is not the strategy.

I keep thinking a line from Simon Sinek that stuck with me years ago:

“People don’t buy what you do. They buy why you do it.”

In healthcare, the why is impossible to ignore.

While that clock is ticking, our industry still spends too much time on the small things.
Territory.
Ownership.
Budgets.
Credit.

Meanwhile patients are waiting.
For answers.
For expertise.
For the right decision at the right moment.

At AccelerOnc Studio our mission is simple:
Eliminate cancer in this lifetime.

It’s bold.
But the alternative is accepting the status quo.
