Shipping a clients' laptop back to them after a 3 year engagement is bittersweet 💔

Consulting often means you don't get to stick around for very long, but EMMIE Collective introduced me to Brittany (Hokes) Lyons I  I spring of 2023, when she had her first child. Our relationship continued til now - that child is walking and talking and full of personality and is about to turn 3 AND they also have a new younger sibling too!!  

Along with 2 new adorable humans on the planet, this 3 year relationship meant we had such a deep knowledge of the business we were able to collaborate on so many cool projects including brainstorming off-sites in Orlando, tattoos in Anaheim, migrating to SFDC Lightening, migrating to Adobe IMS, changing the company name/domains, database purging, database Marketability overhaul, rebuilding Lifecycle for 2 business units, building independent demographic scoring for each ICP.  Phew!

2️⃣ 0️⃣ 2️⃣ 6️⃣ = New Year, New Contracts!  

I have availability in my schedule for new projects, who needs their wild databases tamed??  Have you thought about resourcing needs for the entire year? ❗Marketo Admin - With over 15 years experience with Marketo, former employee in both MOPS & Education, I know the system well and love to make it shine.  Multi-product?  Marketability?  Database Compliance?  GDPR?  Lifecycle? 🎼  Stop talking dirty to me 🎶 

🧡 Hubspot Admin - I went to HubSpot Inbound in San Fran last year and majorly stepped up my game!  Working with Chris Kiertz in a Hubspot-SFDC setting for the last 3 months fixing CRM syncs, workflow errors, duplicate management, plus campaign execution. (More details on this coming soon!)

🤖 Leaning into AI - Leveraging LLM capabilities to improve Marketing Team efficiency, better understand analytics, and craft creative solutions.  

🚼 Parental leave coverage for ANY role touching the martech stack: DG, Field, MOPs, RevOps, BDR Ops, and CusService Ops Support.
