A great achievement built on the success of 3 years hard work with a great team.
The above was achieved through dynamic management. Not through techniques in books, not through various models but through listening, acting on, providing, communicating and sharing a joint goal (not a target) a joint goal, that goal being SUCCESS.

To manage and empower partners and sales teams to promote BT portfolio to resellers and end-customers.
Role includes training, marketing and commercial responsibilities. 
Analysing market place for opportunities to grow partner 2-tier model (sell direct) to include non-conflict 3 tier model. Encompassing the notion of a "value add" model to the partner and reseller, where resource, opportunities and revenue potential are plentiful through careful selection and a "high touch" focus.
Since 2009 i have managed to provide an explosive growth in sales order value in my partner.
I have taken the performance from Circa £2million up to Circa £21million, within 3 years.
As part of this growth i started a reseller channel, which is growing year on year with business value resellers.
2012 Gained responsibility for amature  managed services partner.
2013-2014 - Grew the partners Sales order value, increasing by over 20%, giving their best out-turn to date, this resulted in the partner being awarded the ICT CHANNEL PARTNER OF THE YEAR 2013-2014.
