Often that means digital product design - creating, improving or rethinking the tools and services people actually use. Sometimes it’s upstream: aligning leadership, mapping opportunities, and getting people on board with a shared direction. Either way, we help make progress real.

Our best work happens with companies who’ve got plenty of ambition, but not enough capacity, capability, or headspace to move forward. Maybe the ideas are stuck in slides. Maybe they’ve tried innovation sprints that led nowhere. Maybe they’re being told to “do AI” but don’t know where to start.

That’s where we come in.

Through Beyond the Quarter, I help founders and CEOs scale up their companies, grow more confident and comfortable in their own leadership, and grow a strong leadership team and a positive and inclusive culture to take their company forward. Always with values front and centre.

Most often, this means breaking through a plateau - personal or company (often related), deepening their efficacy and self-belief as leaders, and exploring what they want their companies to be and the missing piece of how to get there while keeping their soul.

We're also building a community of CEOs whose ambitions are about building great companies, not just (or necessarily) bigger ones.

For my part, I've founded and led companies and teams from a 2 person startup to a team of 500; through turnarounds, breaking plateaus and rapid growth; acquiring and being acquired; IPO and trade sale. I've then supported multiple leaders and CEOs find their own paths to growth.

I don't have all the answers. But I do have the curiosity, scars and (not always inappropriate) sense of humour to ask questions for us to collaboratively get to better answers.

I also host the Karmic Capitalist podcast for values-led founders and CEOs. In my spare time (🤣) I co-lead Hope and Play, a charity for Palestinian children currently trying to keep them alive and reminding them of what to live for.
