The journey has been nothing short of wild.
I have been fortunate to work and consult for brands like American Express, Zelle, Dell, Microsoft, and build a few companies along the way.

Building CX practice for a state of Colorado department from scratch.

Got the Digital Solutions Office for the State of Arizona from 0 - 1 and helped operationalize it... hired key team, created charter, took on initial projects etc

I have seen so many projects fail not because there were resource constraints but because they overcomplicated/over engineered, and optimized for the short term vs 10+ years.

When you get crystal clear with goals, and you stretch out the time horizon, it builds out the runway to keep doing the little things flawlessly.

And it compounds over time.

On the flip side, complexity can be a cover for lack of clarity.
