After 14 years in the creative field, including 7 years in UX and a background in architecture, I’ve coached over 1,000 designers on how to stand out, get hired, and grow with purpose. So far, 500 designers built portfolio with my course.

- Monitored shoppers' flows and analysed data from feedback to improve revenue and reduce customer acquisition costs

- Curated, planned and implemented lessons by simplifying and organising large amounts of complex information to make learning process more accessible, and gauged students’ progress through testing, structured listening, class interactions.
- Engaged over 60 students by presenting lessons merging theatrical and interior lighting design to better investigate artistic, physical and psychological aspects of lighting which resulted in increment of students' acquisition

Lighting Design Teacher

Teatro Comunale di Bologna - Teatro Luciano Pavarotti - Arena di Verona - Teatro del Tempo

- Collaborated with up to 30 lighting designers and more than 100 technicians to create lighting effects and troubleshoot issues with light equipment in real time during live performances
- Coordinated work with other crew members such as actors, set builders, and directors and maintained relationships with theatre clients  through strong communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude 
- Observed and tested audience’s reaction to the lighting to determine if adjustments were needed
- Maintained a log of all activities performed by the lighting technician including measurements, settings, and changes made to the lighting setup

Lighting Technician

As a designer with a multidisciplinary background in technical theatre, visual merchandising, sales, and UX design, I bring a unique blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience to every project. My expertise lies in designing environments tailored to specific settings or required climates, whether physical or digital. With extensive experience in enhancing customer engagement in retail spaces and optimizing user flows in digital interfaces, I am highly proficient in analysing patterns, understanding processes and behaviours, and gathering feedback to improve both sales and user experience.

My journey began in the world of technical theatre, where I mastered the art of creating dynamic environments that resonate with audiences. This foundation in visual storytelling has been instrumental in my role as an Assistant Visual Merchandiser, where I collaborated on the design and execution of compelling displays that drive sales and enhance brand identity. With this experience, I’m eager to take on the challenge of a full Visual Merchandiser role, where I can apply my creative vision and strategic thinking to create even more impactful retail environments.

In parallel, my passion for understanding user behaviour and processes has led me to the field of UX design, where I specialise in creating intuitive, user-centred digital experiences. I am skilled in user research, competitive analysis, and crafting user journeys, with proficiency in tools like Figma for wireframing and prototyping. My work is driven by a commitment to transforming complex design problems into practical, accessible, and inclusive solutions.

Beyond design, I am deeply passionate about the performing arts, sustainability, food, fashion, coaching and wellness. These interests fuel my creativity and inspire me to bring a holistic perspective to my work. Whether it's coaching others, staying ahead of industry trends through continuous learning, or exploring new certifications, I am dedicated to personal and professional growth.
