Led design for Omnichannel Freshdesk, a B2B online cloud-based customer service software providing helpdesk support with all smart automations to get things done faster.

- Promoted in less than 9 months due to exceptional work performance. 

- Currently driving the design process for 3 multi-phase projects with cross-functional teams.

- Designed and shipped a quick google sign-up experience for the Freshdesk website, which resulted in a 4% increase in the number of people signing up and a significant decrease in the number of trial accounts created per person in 2 months.

Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

- Integrated user feedback and insights to craft the omnichannel widget user flows and experiences for Freshdesk admins and end customers. Identified the user and business objectives and redefined the problem statement by conducting over 12 customer interviews and performing market research. 

- Co-creator of 4+ Freshdesk quarterly newsletters: Quantum of Design. Managed the team and contributed content to bring awareness and advocate the importance of design.

Product Designer (UX/UI)

- Moderated and organized 60+ 2-hour weekly design meetings over the course of 18 months for the 35+ designers at Freshdesk to provide a safe platform to share their knowledge and experience with the team. Facilitate fun design thinking workshops and virtual ice-breaker activities. 

- Delivered designs for a feedback widget for the Freshdesk analytics page that brought in 100+ insightful feedback within a week. This helped define the roadmap that led the analytics page to graduate from the Beta stage.

- Collaboratively designed with developers, PM's, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft Omnichannel knowledge-base, pager duty integration, Freshdesk notification, and plans & billings experiences.

•	Worked at a start-up company that develops smart analytic solutions to give valuable insights from wearable sensors data. 

•	Led the design of a smart wearable device for senior citizens while working alongside engineers to define the features. 

•	Involved in all the phases of the design process, meeting with the clients to establish the design brief, conducting on-field user research, developing concepts, and building working prototypes for user testing.

•	Freelanced for Okular, a graphic design company based in Jakarta. 

•	Collaborated with the client to create powerful visual concepts that met the specific requirements and goals.
