I am Varsha, a passionate designer turned product manager, currently running a UX Consultancy based in Bengaluru, India. I work with digital product leaders and fast-growing tech companies across the globe, offering strategic design directions that drive business excellence.

Over the last 9+ years, my journey has evolved from UX design to managing products - leveraging a blend of technology, business, and strategic data-driven design approach to drive growth. Previously, I led the navigation redesign for the Adobe Advertising Cloud platform, strategized and launched B2B product solutions in email marketing and lead generation domains at Media.net, delivered 0 - 1 solutions to clients globally.

My career has taken me across a diverse spectrum of environments, from the fast-paced hustle of startups to the structured corridors of Fortune 500 giants. Along the way, I've delved into various industries, including AI, healthcare, advertising, entertainment, food, and IoT, each presenting its unique set of challenges and opportunities.

I am deeply passionate about the intersection of design and business strategy, and my dual perspective allows me to seamlessly bridge the gap between the two. Whether it's defining strategic product directions or ensuring a laser focus on user needs, I am committed to creating products that not only look good but also drive meaningful business outcomes.

Outside of the professional realm, I am a firm believer in the power of personal growth and exploration. Since taking a career break in 2023, I've embarked on a journey of self-discovery, diving into fitness, conquering marathons, immersing myself in the vibrancy of music festivals, and exploring the beauty of travel. These experiences have not only enriched my life but also provided invaluable insights that I bring to my work every day.
