I’m an Implementation Manager at IWG, leading complex rollouts and fixing critical problems across the Procurement & Fit-Out business.

My background is in projects and programme management. I’ve worked in startups, scale-ups, and global businesses—sometimes building from scratch, sometimes turning things around. I’ve led compliance projects, operational overhauls, product launches, and transformation programmes. I’ve also founded a business, so I know what it takes to wear multiple hats and move fast.

Earlier in my career, I spent 10 years in the military. That taught me how to handle pressure, deal with uncertainty, and stay focused when the stakes are high.
