I'm now throwing my passion for helping people into helping PhDs, PostDocs, and Mid-Career Researchers get jobs in industry. HUN-REN Headquarters

•	Led an international translational research project on post-COVID neuroinflammation, coordinating post-mortem analysis and multi-modal data collection across 24 deceased patients.
•	Designed and managed a longitudinal clinical study (40+ patients), integrating neurocognitive phenotyping, immune biomarker profiling, and high-dimensional data analysis.
•	Applied bioinformatic and statistical workflows (Python, FlowJo, Prism) to analyze CSF, plasma, and brain tissue datasets (Olink proteomics, scRNA-seq).
•	Utilized high-plex proteomics (Olink), cytokine bead assays (CBA), and transcriptomics to characterize immune responses in neurodegenerative and neuroinflammatory disorders.
•	Built and maintained a human biobank (>400 samples), integrating clinical and experimental data for multi-omics analyses.
•	Developed and validated in vitro neuroimmune models to explore cytokine–glia–neuron interactions.
•	Collaborated with international academic and clinical partners (Germany, Hungary), integrating sample-level and metadata for cross-cohort comparative analysis.
•	Contributed to high-impact publications, including Nature Neuroscience (2025).
•	Engineered a high-resolution in vivo imaging setup by integrating a customized experimental device into a two-photon microscopy system, significantly improving vascular imaging performance.
•	Collaborated with Femtonics Ltd. on the co-development of three microscopy systems, contributing to a 2% increase in the company’s client base in 2021.

Postdoctoral Researcher

•	Investigated microglial P2Y12 signaling in viral encephalitis, uncovering novel neuroimmune mechanisms (Acta Neuropathol, 2018).
•	Developed and optimized brain FACS protocols for CNS immune profiling, training multiple researchers in its use.
•	Established new lab infrastructure for in vivo and imaging experiments.
•	Used image analysis, microscopy quantification, and data visualization tools (GraphPad, Adobe Illustrator) in neurovascular and glial pathology studies.
•	Published in Science (2020) and other leading journals on glial–neuronal signaling, systemic inflammation, and brain-immune interactions.
•	Presented research at international conferences (BRAIN 2019, Yokohama), emphasizing translational relevance and technical innovation.

PHD Student

•	Developed ELISA-based assays for inflammatory marker quantification in in vitro models.
•	Maintained and automated cell culture experiments; supported lab operations.
•	Contributed to student training and summer school programs in molecular neuroscience

Resarch intern

Postdoctoral research fellow

With over 10 years of research experience, I specialize in neuroscience and immunology with a strong translational focus. My work spans Alzheimer’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and neuroinflammatory viral infections, combining in vitro and in vivo models with biomarker discovery to support clinical diagnostics and therapeutic development.

I lead international research collaborations, develop immunoassays and diagnostic protocols, and contribute to cross-functional innovation in translational medicine.

My strengths include biomarker development, neuroimmune mechanisms, advanced microscopy, flow cytometry, and data-driven analysis, including AI-supported workflows.

As a dedicated communicator, I have published in high-impact journals (e.g. Science, Nature Neuroscience) and presented at leading international conferences. I am also experienced in mentoring, grant writing, and building academic–industry partnerships to help bridge research and real-world healthcare solutions.
