I oversee and have an active participation into SDLC process, evaluate the deliverables and provide support and technical guidance for project team. I'm primary liason for the client and SME for the Core Banking and financial services.

Technical Product Owner

Raiffeisen Bank Romania

While working as Team Leader CRM & Core Banking Applications Development: 

I steer design and development of IT solutions with collaboration of 12 developers to execute Customer Relationship Management and Core Banking functionalities. I determine software modules development time for improving efficiency and establish delivery plan while collaborating with project team. I provide proactive support to HR functions in order to hire and select potential workforce to accomplish organizational goals. I oversee and train a team of cross-functional professionals to meet set performance targets, while overseeing team performance in accordance with approved KPIs. I ensure development processes compliance with organizational policies/standards, while developing relationships with external suppliers, while leading CRM team. I provide projects and evaluate project/software deliverables quality, including technical documentation evaluation, release notes and solutions approval, code quality review; follow up in case of delays; act as SPOC for technical aspects in relation with the external supplies like IBM or Endava. 

Some of my key accomplishments are: 
•	Steered necessary configurations to create a source system in place for Siebel CRM development (GIT). 
•	Developed and implemented coding standards and best practices to standardize workflow and resources. 
•	Commended for organizing and maintaining internship program with specific trainings and content to streamline an efficient and sustainable learning process with keen focus on achieving desired results. 
•	Identified and recommended technology products and industry best practices to increase speed/accuracy and promote development, unit testing, documentation and delivery of efficient software modules.

Team Leader CRM & Core Banking Applications Development

In my past role: 

I led and delivered Core banking platform upgrade project from version v7.2.5 to v15.1 within given time and budgetary constraints.  I directed design and development of 6 IBM i / As400 / RPG developers from the Core Banking team for improved outcomes and deliverables. I delivered projects including managing estimation, programs and change requests, project planning, and allocation of resources to drive process improvement, bottom-line gains, and competitive advantages. I managed and evaluated quality of the deliveries and SDLC standards to meet company’s objectives and shared visions. I provided Core Banking upgrade project applications development and migration. I steered maintenance and development of applications running on IBM I to deploy all the change requests and business needs.

Key accomplishment, I attained during this role:
⇨	Led migration of Customer Account Statement application by designing and developing a special process to migrate in less than 2hours, 10 years of transactions history for more 2 mil customers. 
⇨	Migrated all existing applications, including 100+ internal applications that were changed from one version to another to assure compatibility with new Core Banking system by coordinating all team developments for all applications that required changes, while acting as SME in relationship with business people as well as project management/testing personals.

Team Leader Back End (IBM i) Applications Development

While working as Application Designer to perform duties, including:

I established, employed, managed, and maintained applications running on IBM i v7 using RPG, CL & SQL tools to ensure smooth running of technical operations. I created applications by utilizing client-server architecture model and formulated in java using web services such as JAX-WS for recent and EJB for oldest while steering Websphere Application Server v7. I delivered proactive support in migrating and importing CITI Bank core banking database from z/OS system to IBM i (AS/400), including current and saving accounts, private banking loans, term deposits and debit cards, while transferring CITI Bank Retail Portfolio. I performed comprehensive business requirements analysis, development, testing and technical documentation to identify opportunities for improving overall productivity. I performed direct debits database migration and new mandates processing flows and payments processing.

Key accomplishment, I attained during this role:
⇨	Improved project outcomes and deliverables by delivering complex projects such as migrating CITI Bank Retail Portfolio and Sepa Direct Debit.
⇨	Augmented existing Host Access Transformation Services (HATS) applications using Rational Application Developer v7.5, HATS v7.5 and WebSphere.

Application Designer

While working as Application Developer to perform duties, including:

I established, supervised, and maintained applications running on iSeries/As400 using RPG, COBOL, CL and SQL Tools. I administered and maintained Deutsche Bank Otello Project in Belgium with keen focus on establishing global team with members from IBM Belgium and Romania to complete day to day tasks and meet client needs and expectations. I prepared and delivered documentations and reports for all changes made on new/existing applications to facilitate informed business decision making. I performed testing for all changes envisioned in all stages of application life cycle, such as development, system integration and user acceptance tests, while utilizing HP Quality Center tool to store evidence of tests and resolve key issues.

Key accomplishment, I attained during this role:

⇨	Delivered solutions for stages of applications life cycle, including functional analysis, estimation, development, testing, and promotion to SIT/UAT/production environment.  
⇨	Resolved issues raised by customer and ensured smooth running of business operations by steering all necessary actions to confirm all jobs and applications are running correctly.
