Managed a medium-sized data team to support the data entry needs of the Florida Division in the areas of special events and patient services.  Developed and maintained income development reports to support fundraising initiatives.

Data Analyst/CRM Manager

Provided prospect research on major donor prospects including individuals, corporations and foundations.  Maintained the major gifts program for the Florida Division including awards, stewardship letters and donor publications.  Developed statistical reports on donor characteristics, philanthropy, geographical data and giving trends to provide support predictive modeling and fundraising goal initiatives.
