•	Collaborated across 29 subsidiaries in The Humble Company to identify brands to market in US, and redesigned packaging and size to meet US customer needs.

Oversaw P&L for all business in North America. Evaluated marketing and brand strategy, partnerships, and brokers to identify solutions for revenue growth and cost savings. •	Expanded company from 2 people to 7 multifunctional team members by hiring new staff to support unique needs and functions of growing business.

The Clorox Company

Implemented new e-commerce marketing strategy for Pet Channel brands, transforming retail business. Designed channel-specific SKUs to separate Pet Channel products from other pet stores. Formed collaborative relationships with clients to reach best outcomes during yearly contract negotiations.
•	Amplified business revenue from $75M to $115M over 5 years.
•	Grew total Pet Channel business 14% in 1st year and received National Account Manager of the Year Award in 2019 for rapid growth.

National Account Manager, Pet Channel 

Expanded products from Clorox portfolio into Natural Channel and Whole Foods. Boosted sales for Burt’s Bees line in Whole Foods after 10-year decline in sales. Consolidated 15 broker companies into 1, streamlining processes and reducing touch points for team.
•	Achieved growth rates of up to 60% within 3 years for Clorox portfolio SKUs introduced into Natural Channel business and sold at Whole Foods.
•	Increased sales at Whole Foods by gaining consensus to incorporate newly formulated, non-GMO products.

Customer Team Leader, Natural Channel 

Oversaw entire portfolio for US launch of Tesco’s Fresh & Easy stores. Created custom, shelf-ready displays with Tesco. Leveraged CPG sales knowledge to incorporate new brands and distributions. Increased distribution into all categories of Clorox brands.
•	Developed newly opened store and grew revenue from $0 to $10M within 5 years.
•	Created special SKU packages for Home Cleaning aisle products to revamp brand strategy and increase business.

Regional Sales Manager, Fresh & Easy (Tesco) 

Procter & Gamble

Managed Coffee, Snacks & Pet Nutrition business for P&G at Ralphs/F4L's grocery stores in SoCal.  Responsible for all display, pricing, merchandizing, and shelf.

As a collaborative executive leader, I develop high-performing teams to transform brands and reinvent products. By designing strategic roadmaps and launching new lines of business, I boost revenue and create financial turnarounds, scaling channels for growth through custom marketing strategies. •	Collaborating to develop a 3-5-year plan at The Humble Company to reach $100M in retail sales, implement a new innovation pipeline, and optimize sales through SKU rationalization. 
•	Increasing top-line sales from $2M to $4.1M within my 1st year at The Humble Company by assessing all sales channels and market strategies.
•	Instigating the rapid growth of e-commerce sales for Chewy.com by optimizing digital marketing strategies in the Pet Channel at The Clorox Sales Company.
•	Growing Burt’s Bees business at Whole Foods 9% with creative new off-shelf display initiatives as the natural channel leader at The Clorox Sales Company.
