I've helped make brands more popular and brought in more people who are interested in what the company has to offer.

Now, I'm looking for new chances to use my skills and help more brands shine.

This week we had our company-wide meeting, and it was one of those moments that really makes you pause and appreciate what we’re building together! 

We looked back at what we achieved in 2025 the wins, the challenges, the lessons, and the progress that came from showing up every day and doing the work. Seeing the impact of our teams, the milestones we hit, and how far we’ve come was honestly energizing.

We also aligned on what’s ahead. Big priorities, exciting projects, and a clear focus on how we keep raising the bar as we grow.

I’m incredibly proud of this team. The ownership, the ambition, and the way people support each other is what makes Warmy.io - Email channel. Reliable.  and AnyBiz - New era of B2B lead generation.  special. And if 2025 was strong, 2026 is going to be even bigger.

What makes me proud is the team behind it. Engineers who care about details most people will never see. Product and support teams who bring real customer feedback into every decision. People who challenge ideas, including mine, because they want the outcome to be better, not easier.

Every feature we release is the result of dozens of small decisions made with responsibility and ownership. That culture doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built by people who care deeply about the product and about each other.

Very grateful for this team and the work they put in every single day. This is how real progress is made!

כשראיתי את ההודעה על החזרת עובדים למשרד חמישה ימים בשבוע, זה הרגיש לי פחות כמו אסטרטגיה ויותר כמו ניסיון להחזיר את הגלגל אחורה. דווקא עכשיו, בעידן שבו AI משנה לגמרי את הדרך שבה אנחנו עובדים, חושבים ובונים חברות.

הפרדוקס ברור: אנחנו מאמצים את הטכנולוגיה הכי מתקדמת שיש, אבל מנהלים אנשים עם תפיסות של המאה הקודמת. הרעיון שנוכחות פיזית שווה לפרודוקטיביות אולי עבד פעם. היום? הוא בעיקר מגביל אותנו.

כמי שמנהל חברות שפועלות במודל גלובלי וגמיש, אני רואה יום־יום מה קורה כשמשחררים את מגבלת המיקום: אפשר לגייס את האנשים הכי חדים שיש, בלי קשר לשאלה איפה הם גרים. וברגע ש-AI לוקח על עצמו את העבודה הטכנית, הערך האנושי עובר לחשיבה עמוקה, שיקול דעת ואימפקט: דברים שלא תמיד קורים הכי טוב במשרד רועש.

העתיד של עבודה בעיניי הוא מעבר ממדידת נוכחות למדידת תוצאות. פחות “מי הגיע למשרד”, יותר “איזו בעיה נפתרה”.
