If you’re struggling to get to the next level in your business, the problem isn't your marketing, systems, work ethic or team - it's your psychology. 

Over 15 years, I helped grow 4 companies to $60M+ ARR by optimizing their business, product and marketing strategy. 

Then, in 2018, my dad suddenly died. 

His death made me realize that life is short and no amount of money and success makes up for lack of internal fulfillment. 

So, I decided to walk away from extremely lucrative gigs to impact people on a deeper level. 

I started with a hypothesis: 

I believed an entrepreneur's mind is their most incredible and underutilized asset - and the single greatest determinant of their success and happiness. 

Most entrepreneurs were trying to make their business grow by stepping on the gas (working harder, doing more) but they were driving with the parking brake on (mental blocks, sabotage programs, old beliefs). 

Their psychology was not optimized for the results they desired. 

So, I started helping entrepreneurs upgrade their mental operating system so they could grow the business faster and with less effort. 

And the results have been pretty phenomenal.

I've coached 250+ entrepreneurs, using the Scale with Psychology methodology, which has resulted in revenue growing 400% on average - all the way from $1M to $100M+, and the founder on average cutting 8.6 hours from their work week.

I’m a seed planter. I love helping people and businesses grow. My favorite question… “What’s your superpower?” When people work with their natural genius, they deliver their best results — it’s that simple.

As an entrepreneur and CEO, I have an extensive background in management, customer service, innovation, and starting and running companies. In 2005, Combining my entrepreneurial drive, my love for his dog ‘Lucy’, and my desire to make a difference in peoples’ lives, my wife, Jessica, and I started a mobile dog grooming business which then expanded with brick-and-mortar grooming salons.  After several years of caring for all sorts of dogs, we discovered that most dogs out there are not getting the routine care they need to stay clean, comfortable, and healthy. 9 of the 10 most popular breeds don’t require haircuts … but EVERY dog needs essential care like bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming and dental care. Thus, Scenthound was born. 

As the Chief Executive officer of Scenthound, I am responsible for leading and empowering the leadership team and am the driver of innovation and strategic thinking to push the brand forward. My superpower is asking the right questions, identifying barriers, and offering creative process-driven solutions. 

I actively lead a national group of Franchise CEOs in a Forum designed for leaders to share their learned knowledge and best practices with each other. I was a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) for over 12 years, and ran the accelerator program there where I coached other entrepreneurs and helped them achieve their goals. I am also a member of the board at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Titus Center for Franchising.
