• Do, decide, delegate, delete.
• Sort by urgent vs. important.

✅2-Minute Rule → 
• If it takes less than 2 minutes, do it now.

☑️ABCDE Method → 
• Rank tasks.
• A = must, E = eliminate.

✅Eat the Frog → 
• Tackle your hardest thing first.

• Assign hours for each task.
