My new story began a few years ago when I decided to jump from the gray corporate world and step into a dynamic colorful unknown. 

In a few years, I had to change a lot of perspectives and beliefs I had.

Had to learn how to communicate (… and still learning)
Had to learn how to do business (… and still learning)
Had to learn how to win (… and still learning)
Had to learn how to lose (… ugh, and still learning)
And finally, had to start learning how to live in the entrepreneurial mixer (in the craziness of the entrepreneurial journey).

Here I am now.

After building the StartYoung academy, becoming a business and startup mentor & coach, running the 24-hour business challenge, and creating many connections in between …



I understood that no business can up-grow the team that runs it. So, it’s extremely important for startups,  to think in-depth about how their team is composed, developed, and led.


Based on that I co-founded TribeScale, where I mix my passions and knowledge:
