I have joined the Indian Army  in 1983.  I have obtained  Basic Military Training (Physical, Handling of Arms & Ammunition, Combat and Security Duties) with The Regimental Center  and Technical Training for Clerk (Typing, Official/Staff Duties, Maintain of Documentation, Handling all types of Mail/Files/Folders, Maintain of Accounts/Ledgers and Accounting of storage) at Army Clerks Training School in 1984.

As a Non Commissioned Officer Clerk (1985 - 2003) in Army I have the following experience :

Documentation - Deals and maintained all types of documents of  the Army personnel. Prepared and maintained the files/folders. Handling and accounting of Army Stores.

Accounts - Deals and maintained the Accounts (Public Fund, Regimental Fund and Payment/ Allowances) in the Army.

Security - Performed the duties to maintain the security of Personnel, Equipment and Cyber/IT in Field/Operational areas in the Army (Infantry Units).

Recruitment - Served with the Zonal Recruiting Office (1989 -1991) and obtained experience for the recruitment/selection of soldiers in the Army.

Abroad - As peace keeping force (OP PAWAN) deployed in Sri Lanka for duration of One &Half year. 

As a Junior Commissioned Officer (Subedar) performed the duties of Head Clerk in the Unit/ Formation HQs and Section Superintendent of the Records Office) (2004 - 2011) in Army:

Supervision- Handling of classified mail, Important policy matters, Maintain of official / personnel documents, Accounts, Stores, all types of security, Supervision on Clerks/ Official Staff in the unit/Formation HQs/ Records Offices. 

Demographic Knowledge - Experience for working in all over India.

Training - I have served with the Regimental Training Center for a long duration and handled with the important training subject / matters of trainees like  Physical, Combat, Technical training and preparation of training programs and block syllabus.
