We have kicked off from being a market-place for dealers of pre-owned products and will be primarily focusing on the needs of the buyers of these products. Once having established ourselves in our core business competencies, we aim to expand into B2B and C2C avenues. Congratulations to each one of the extraordinary people im this cohort!

82 people walked into a room in Alibaug thinking they were ready.

26 walked out as Cohort 1.

Not because the others weren't capable. Some of the strongest people in that room didn't make it through. That is the nature of a forge. It doesn't select for impressive. It selects for what holds under heat.

What held was judgment when there was no right answer. Ownership in moments nobody was watching. The ability to keep building when the ground wasn't stable.

Meet Cohort 1. The Foundery.

"Prompt engineering" is a fake skill.
We need to see through the hype.
 
The real blocker isn't the "prompt"; it's critical thinking. 
 
If you can’t clearly define the problem, ask the right questions & judge the quality of responses, AI cannot help you.

Unlike humans who think in abstractions, LLMs operate on tokens, predicting the next word. This itself is very powerful, but not enough to take us to AGI. Majority of AI experts & researchers all agree on this idea now.

36% of Gen Z and Millennials are turning to AI for therapy and counseling.

When you first hear that, it’s easy to get defensive. “AI doesn’t have feelings! 

It’s just code!” But if you look closer, this isn't a "win" for AI, it's a wake-up call for us.

We’ve built a social media culture where perfection is the currency. Where every fault is public, and every vulnerability can be used against you. 

In such a high-stakes, "always-on" environment, how can anyone actually be open?

We aren't using AI because it's sentient. We’re using it because it’s the only place left where you can be "wrong," messy, or vulnerable without being judged.

The real problem isn't that AI is replacing human connection. 

It's that we’ve made human connection, at its most raw and honest level, incredibly difficult to access.

In this clip, I break down why AI has become a "safe harbor" for so many, and why we need to rethink the way we relate to each other and to AI.
