Drove all aspects of creative experience on the web and digital ends of the company ensuring delivery of high quality creative to increase brand awareness and increase online sales.

Since joining average ticket price, revenue, and social reach have all increased, while cutting spend in the marketing budget from $600,000 a month to just roughly $200,000 a month.

Managed all organic social media platforms by approving all designs/content and creating posting schedules. Also managed paid media campaigns on Pinterest, Twitter, and Instagram while being the point of contact with our 3rd party marketing agency that handled media buys on Facebook.

Took over as the lead of acquisition and helped segment email lists to target individual customers based on interests and intent to purchase. After implementing these new sales funnels, email campaigns became the number one leading source of revenue on the digital end.

Designed all material in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign used across all social media, web, website and merchandise platforms including apparel, web advertisements, product pictures, email campaigns, model photography, packaging, and all creative requirements or opportunities.

Managed and directed a team of 6 designers, 3 photographers, and 2 video editors to complete all necessary tasks on the digital and print end for all 3 brands.

Designed and/or directed completion of all advertisements on 6+ social media accounts that had reach of over a combined 20 million users.

Designed all expo and show booths and was awarded the best designed booth at the Olympia 2013 Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Analyzed content reporting and adjusted strategy and layouts to make sure each piece of content was being optimally used for revenue growth.

Worked directly with the CEO to come up with each month’s marketing and new product launch strategies through each revenue stream.

Created the brand book and style guide for Shredz Supplements, Skinny Bunny Tea, and Flavor God.

Ankit has for most of his career carried a renowned achievement to which his work continues to add to that achievement year after year. Ankit has gone on to craft the vision, brand elements and even build brand assets for nearly 20+ brands in his 7 year tenure as a designer, which has amassed to nearly 9-figures in sales for all the brands combined.

Ankit’s impact on the different brands he has creatively directed has been one that is everlasting, but his impact on the industry is what sets him apart to be a creative director with a lot of recognition behind his work. Ankit’s work with Obvi today brings him to an elevated role where he not only gets to drive the creative vision of the brand but also manage the voice and story of the brand. Ankit’s day to day may encompass creating the brand assets for Obvi, but his long term vision is to tell Obvi’s story to every potential consumer through his work.

Military:

I served in the US Army as an Infantry Officer. As a Company Executive Officer, I was second-in-command and oversaw property, resourcing, and maintenance for a Headquarters & Headquarters Company of over 120 Soldiers. As a Heavy Weapons Platoon Leader and a Rifle Platoon Leader, I was directly responsible for the leadership, supervision, training, and mentorship of the 42 Soldiers in my platoons. I completed Basic Combat Training, graduated first in my class while commissioning through Officer Candidate School, and passed Infantry Basic Officer Leadership Course all at Ft. Benning, GA. I also completed follow on training at the rigorous US Army Jungle School and US Army Air Assault School.


Education:

I earned my graduate and undergraduate degrees with honors from Pennsylvania Western University while holding leadership roles with numerous campus organizations including Student Government, The Student Association Incorporated Board of Directors, The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and the university’s football team.


Athletics:

I played for my university’s NCAA DII football program as a 3 year starter, 2x Conference Champion, 1st Team Academic All-American, 1st Team All-Conference Linebacker, and finished 7th in school history in career tackles. After college, I signed with a professional team in the German Football League and played 1 year overseas. I remain involved with football as a Volunteer Coach at local youth camps and as a Volunteer on my university’s Football Support Staff as the Director of Social Media & Alumni Relations.


Personal:

My wife and I live in McMurray, PA with our son, Landon, and dog, Trooper. We love being active biking and hiking as a family. I’m also active in endurance sports having completed 6 triathlons (including 1 Ironman), 3 marathons, and 4 ultramarathons (including 1 100miler).
