As a Senior Strategist, I work at the intersection of AI, foresight, and organizational transformation – helping businesses navigate complexity, drive innovation, and evolve with intention.

With roots in the media industry and years of experience in digital product strategy, I design future-proof frameworks, guide change processes, and explore how emerging technologies and neuroscience (especially neuroplasticity) can support sustainable transformation. What drives me is not just progress – but meaningful progress: change that connects people, purpose, and performance.

I spent the weekend processing and reflecting, and now I’m feeling genuinely uplifted as I kick off this recap of the Conference by Powerhouse Network by STRIVE at east cosmos in Hamburg. More than anything, it was the people and the in-between conversations that made it so special.

What I'm taking away: 
- AI and responsibility: In Germany, there won't be another AI panel without data privacy and regulation, at least not anytime soon. ;) But perhaps Tarek Müller is right, and hopefully things will look different soon? Innovation still needs guardrails, but also needs speed, courage and pragmatic execution. We're all responsible for that, not "the others". 
- Future investments: Florian Heinemann, Franzi Majer and Daniel Sauerzapf mapped out where VC trends are heading right now. I'm excited for the age of robotics, new materials and enery use cases in space. 
- Experience in B2B: Christina Volk didn't just share insights into some very special moments and her personal "circle moment", she also showed how buying centres (not just audiences) can be understood and erached through emotional connections. 
- Retail in transition: One of my biggest highlights was Alexander Kuehnen with a strong vision and point of view for Bahlsen Group. Where you can simply be yourself, you create space to think, act and change. I'm truly happy you've found those spaces at Bahlsen and that you represent what it means to be an entrepreneur in a new sense. 
- Queen of LinkedIn: Céline Flores Willers brought the hottest theses on communication in transition and what that means for communication on LinkedIn. It's always inspiring to learn from you! 

My personal highlight wasn't only the closing session on economic growth with Ann-Kristin Achleitner and Florian Nöll, but also having wonderful conversations at Florian’s table as a table captain. Thanks to Miriam Semrau,  Elske Bunde, Annika Leopold, and Nicoletta Caporaletti for such a great round that evening.

Big shoutout to Chris Surel, I’m really looking forward to reading your new book!

It was wonderful meeting you, you all truly enriched the day: Christine Lipski, Melanie Holder, Marie-Isabelle Mönnig, Silvia Talmon, Leonie Andersen, Andrea Lindenberg, Philipp Dicke, Jasmin Beshir, and many more.
