Executing the CX & CRM strategy for Neo with a team of ten functional and technical consultants. 
Furthermore, I design and implement multidisciplinary journeys and 360-degree technical strategies for creating effective customer experience maps as well as leading complex CRM & CX technico-functional projects.

My achievements/contributions are as follows:

• Built and led a new team of SAP CRM, SAP CX specialists in less than 9 months including different CRM & CX disciplines.
• Created lead/opportunities strategy in luxury, manufacturing, and public / para-public companies.
• Launched news CX products, such as Zendesk and Emarsys as well as new digital products.
• Implement a  CX national strategy for the development of new publishers (Creatio, Zendesk)

• Developed 1st Scrum Agile methodology of work for the Group.

In this role, I led the digital customer experience and customer journey of LAAX, as well as created the LAAX application for the Flims-Laax-Falera destination. 

One of my key responsibilities was to create and execute a digital customer service strategy. 
Additionally, I served as the initiator of hyper-personalisation integration approach and production of destination's digital micro-moments.

My notable outcomes for this role includes:
• Launched the 1st WeChat Mini Programme for Laax in China.
• Managed product for Inside Laax Application during phase 2 launch with over 100'000 active users in winter seasons and a total digital turnover of 18 %.
• Planned and launched 1st 100 % digital Customer Service on Microsoft Dynamics & Zendesk technology with 15 part-time employees and 9'000 tickets per season solved in less than 24 hours.

Within this job role, I managed the design and execution of the existing loyalty programme whilst identifying opportunities to strategically develop and grow. I oversaw implementation and delivery of loyalty programmes and other customer-related technology in-store, working closely with area managers and store managers in order to meet required KPIs. 

Alongside that, I analyzed data and customer activity maximizing commercial opportunities and highlighting key areas for review, analysis, and improvements.

Below listed are some of my achievements/contributions within this role:
• Created and launched with an international team of experts three new Loyalty levels such as Man, VIP, and Young.
• Realized whole GDPR implementation for all Retail/Online Platforms for Marionnaud Switzerland.
