Aiming to bring my extensive marketing expertise into the retail industry, I joined MVP Appliances as a core team member in a full rebranding initiative. This included revamping the e-commerce site to elevate UX with the projected goal of significantly boosting quarterly sales from 2025 onwards. 

Overseeing social media channels, I developed engaging campaigns that strengthened brand reputation and increased audience engagement. From impactful marketing materials that fuelled 2024’s lead generation to managing branded assets like giveaways and vehicle branding, I ensured seamless brand consistency at every touchpoint. I also created B2B and B2C catalogues, leveraging market insights to enhance product visibility and reach.

My journey in the UAE and the Middle East began with Abiquo, where I took on the exciting challenge of leading regional marketing efforts and collaborating closely with local partners and clients. Zillancer gave me the incredible opportunity to move to Dubai, where I developed impactful brand awareness strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, and corporate communications, growing our audience and strengthening engagement. I streamlined multi-channel efforts, optimising our website and marketing materials to ensure a cohesive brand presence. Collaborating closely with sales, I led lead-generation initiatives that consistently exceeded targets and boosted conversions. Additionally, I oversaw product management for our website, platform, and support portal to enhance user experience and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

I managed campaigns and budgets to maximise ROI and led a variety of digital marketing initiatives—social media, SEO/SEM, webinars, and communications—that drove engagement and generated valuable leads. Managing international trade shows was a highlight, expanding our brand's global presence and building strong partnerships. 

I also crafted and distributed marketing materials, including articles, press releases, newsletters, and website content, ensuring our messaging was consistent. Additionally, I developed lead-generation strategies that gave critical support to our sales teams worldwide.

As Regional Marketing & Customer Care Manager for Spain and Portugal, I handled marketing budgets and strategies, ensuring every resource was used to meet our business goals. I organized impactful corporate events, trade shows, and created marketing collateral to build brand awareness and boost engagement. 

Working closely with sales, I enhanced customer care and supported lead generation efforts. I also conducted market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities. Following our acquisition by Atlas Copco, I led a seamless rebranding campaign, ensuring a smooth brand transition across the board.

Joining this startup from day one was an incredible journey, working alongside the founder, CEO, and the early sales and IT teams to establish our presence, especially in Catalonia. I led early market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging trends and uncover new sales opportunities. By driving up-selling and cross-selling strategies, I helped expand our revenue streams and add value within our accounts. 

I also delivered impactful presentations and training sessions to clients, deepening their engagement and product understanding. Focused on customer satisfaction, I validated customer needs to enhance UX. Managing our corporate communications and social media strategies, I boosted brand visibility and represented the company at trade shows and sales meetings, fostering essential partnerships along the way.
