I led early market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging trends and uncover new sales opportunities. By driving up-selling and cross-selling strategies, I helped expand our revenue streams and add value within our accounts. 

I also delivered impactful presentations and training sessions to clients, deepening their engagement and product understanding. Focused on customer satisfaction, I validated customer needs to enhance UX. Performed internal audit and reported to Accountant on finance issues of 07 Main SBUs and followed-up until issues have been corrected.

Started monthly inventory verification and valuation of 104 all SBUs and actions have been taken to correct inventory balances of the system.
